Delivery Information
The terms and conditions of online delivery within Dhaka city are as follows
1. ‘Cash On Delivery (COD)’ facility is available for online orders within Dhaka only.
2. The buyer will receive the product within 3-5 working days of order confirmation.
3. Delivery charges are subject to change depending on the product and location. Free delivery is not applicable to all products.
4. Our delivery partners (e.g. RedX, Pathao) maintain their own terms and conditions.
5. In case of home delivery, the buyer will not get the opportunity to try the product. However, if possible, a video of the product unboxing should be recorded. If any defective product is received, please inform us immediately.
6. The buyer will have to bear the entire courier charge of the product delivered through courier.
7. If the ordered product is not in stock, the product will be changed or the price refunded with the consent of the buyer.
The terms and conditions of online delivery for other places outside Dhaka are as follows –
1. For online orders outside Dhaka city, delivery will be done by courier.
2. For booking the product, all or part of its price must be paid in advance. The delivery time and delivery charges will depend on the specific courier service and the product.
3. The courier's conditional payment charges will be paid by MUNSHIGANJ IT
4. The buyer will only bear the cost of sending the product to the courier service

ঢাকার শহরের মধ্যে অনলাইন ডেলিভারি এর শর্তাবলী নিম্নরূপ –
১. শুধুমাত্র ঢাকার মধ্যে অনলাইন অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে ‘Cash On Delivery (COD)’ সুবিধা রয়েছে।
২. অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার ৩-৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ক্রেতা পণ্য ডেলিভারি পাবেন।
৩. ডেলিভারি চার্জ পন্য ও স্থান ভেদে পরিবর্তন যোগ্য। ফ্রি ডেলিভারি সকল পন্যের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য নয়।
৪. আমাদের ডেলিভারি পার্টনারগন (যেমনঃ RedX, Pathao) তাদের নিজ নিজ শর্তাবলী সংরক্ষন করেন।
৫. হোম ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে ক্রেতা পন্য ব্যাবহার করে দেখার সুযোগ পাবেন না। তবে সম্ভব হয় তবে প্রোডাক্ট আনবক্সিং এর একটি ভিডিও ধারন করবেন। কোন ধরনের ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পন্য গ্রহন করলে সাথে সাথে তা আমাদের অবগত করুন।
৬. কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারকৃত পণ্যের সম্পূর্ণ কুরিয়ার চার্জ ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে।
৭. অর্ডারক্রীত পণ্য স্টকে না থাকলে ক্রেতার সম্মতিক্রমে পণ্য পরিবর্তন অথবা মূল্য রিফান্ড করা হবে।
ঢাকার বাইরের অন্য স্থানগুলোর ক্ষেত্রে অনলাইন ডেলিভারি এর শর্তাবলী নিম্নরূপ –
১. ঢাকার শহরের বাইরে, অন্য স্থানগুলোর অনলাইন অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি পাবেন।
২. প্রোডাক্ট এর বুকিং এর জন্য এর মূল্যের সবটুকু অথবা কিছু অংশ অগ্রিম প্রদান করতে হবে। প্রোডাক্ট পৌঁছানোর সময় এবং ডেলিভারি চার্জ নির্ভর করবে নির্দিষ্ট কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস ও প্রোডাক্ট এর ভিন্নতার উপর।
৩. কুরিয়ার এর কন্ডীশনাল পে-মেন্ট এর চার্জ মুন্সীগঞ্জ আইটি প্রদান করবে
৪. ক্রেতা শুধুমাত্র কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসে প্রোডাক্ট প্রেরণের খরচ বহন করবেন
৫. প্রোডাক্ট পৌঁছানোর সময় এবং ডেলিভারি চার্জ নির্ভর করবে নির্দিষ্ট কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস ও প্রোডাক্ট এর ভিন্নতার উপর
